Sony Ericsson - W580i Cell Phone —
I fell in love with this phone when they first came out when I found it on the internet. I had to wait 4 months until my old phone broke for my parents to agree to let me upgrade my phone early. I got this phone, and at first, it was really great. However, I text everyday, and it didn't take me long to realize that the phone freezes quite a lot more than I'm comfortable with... but I didn't really care because I loved the way my phone looked. About three months after using my phone, two buttons on the key pad cracked and one even half way chipped off. I didn't drop it or anything... it just did it because I was simply using it for it's purpose. I was angry about this... but I didn't do anything about it because I didn't want to go through the ordeal of sending my phone away for them to replace it and worrying about losing my phone numbers or pictures and songs when the phone still worked fine. Then today, I pulled my phone out of my purse and the outside button on the right (that takes you to the menu and has the clear button) was dangling off my phone. I am outraged. I use my phone just like any other young person, and because of it's "craftmanship" ...or lackthereof, I have to buy a whole new phone. Don't buy this phone if you want to use it properly. ....Just don't.
