From the very begining i have had non stop problems. The first phone powered off all the time, the second phone would not work at all. I would try to sync my bluetooth and it would go to games. Now I am on my third phone and just gave up, the mp3 feature does not work at all, the front controls don't work, when I take a picture I have to remove the battery and power back up to see it, and when I text in conversation mode it only shows replies not what I sent. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PHONE, avoid this phone at all cost!!!!!!

I was so excited to finally get a new phone, but have been supremely disappointed in this one.  There have been issues since day one.  Often when sending or receiving a text the phone will go completely black, like it has been turned off.  It will remain in that frozen state sometimes as long as 5-10 min.  It has a hard time processing multimedia texts and is slow in sending them.  The front display for both time, and the walkman feature most often displays "failed" rather than any useful information of actually performing its function.  If I were to just use this phone for talking and not texting, music, or photos than it would probably be okay.  But that isn't why I purchased it.  The camera does have great resolution and when the images finally transfer to my computer (after freezing and trying 12 times), the images are clear and great quality for a phone.  I would not recommend this phone to anyone though as there are probably better, cheaper options if you just want to talk and do nothing else.
