This is the worst cell phone i have ever had (I am locked into it until September) I guarantee that as soon as my contract is over not only will i dump this piece of junk but i will also be dumping my AT&T contract. The reason i bought this phone was cause the reviews for taking photos were favorable. I have to do a hard boot to this phone every single week. When it was still under warranty i had it replaced 2 other times.... but to have to reboot it every week there is something drastically wrong with it. I loose all my texts and depending on how bad the need to reboot i have even lost all that i have saved to my sim card. As stated before, the reason i bought this phone was cause to reviews for quality photos... my camera even dies... sometimes it does work and other times it doesnt. I am not a happy consumer. I will and do tell everyone what phone it is and who my carrier is. This phone is a big disappointment!

I LOVE MY SONY ERICSSON . i HAVE HAD IT FOR THREE YEARS NOT . The pics. come out good . the sound is great. I have had no problems with it. The battery last a good while also. I have had phones that the battery does not stay charged but half a day, so this one is great. iI just reacently upgraded and i'm getting a new phone and guess what it will be ? Yes you got it another one . If I find some thing I like I will stay with it. I don't know what they are doing but keep it up. I love my Phone,

I do not like this phone. My husband and I both bought these two years ago. My husband loves his and enjoys using it very much. But, it is not me. I think it is too small. The flip part seems very cheaply made. I have had others tell me it broke off completely. The walkman radio thing is kind of neat, but I never use it. I always use my ipod so why would I use that? Plus you have to buy the earbuds separately. The charger is difficult to plug into the phone and you have to wiggle it to get a good connection. My phone often is not charged after being plugged up for the night. The buttons are too small and it is certainly not good for texing. Way to hard and complicated to sent texts on a regular basis. I have trouble hearing on it, the volume isn't loud and the speaker phone is terrible. It is no louder than the normal volume. I have had problems with the phone randomly turning off and not powering back up, or just freezing up completely.
