my husband bought me this camera as a gift and i have loved every second of it. there were a lot of cameras to choose from but out of all of them at the store we were at, this one was the best. i was sceptic on the price.. i'm a little uncomfortable spending so much money on something so small, but so far it's been worth it. i love the fact that it comes with a battery AND the charger. it takes really great pictures. it has a lot of different features for taking pictures that i wasn't used to on my other camera. it's really neat that it has settings for fireworks, water, snow, etc. having a camera like this with so many options really makes a difference in your pictures. the screen is really big and i like that a lot. i hate having to look at my pictures on a tiny screen that i can barely see. although it's pricey, i'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality camera. it has no cons! Image Quality I've taken some very professional looking photos with this camera. Battery Life Because I take a lot of pictures I wish the battery life lasted a little longer. Anytime you view the photos it takes some of the battery life away. Portability While it's easy to carry around I highly recommend a hard case. I have a soft case and it was forever turning on inside my purse.

When I was looking for a new digital camera I was actually considering the Sony TX/9 as one of my top choices, but I felt that it was a tad too expensive for all of its features, so I opted for the TX/1 instead. To my surprise, I was not disappointed at all. The TX/1 is very sleek, has a very responsive touch screen, delivers crisp clear photos and captures moving objects very well. There was this one time i was riding the ferry back home and with the camera, I managed to capture a whole chunk of downtown. I hadn't expected the pictures to turn out well at all, but I got a few great shots with the camera and was very satisfied with it. It also comes with a motion capture option, but I found out that not only was that slow, it doesn't work as well as the auto function. The smile detection function also works pretty well and this camera has a lot of other cool features I can't remember at this time. For anyone looking for a sleek camera that takes amazing photos, I would definitely recommend this.

My husband bought me this camera a while ago and it is amazing for what it is. I carry it in my purse because it is so easy to carry, It has amazing pixel quality for what it is. My husband uses a Nikon Dslr which is definitely a way nicer camera but it is in a differnent category it is like comparing an suv to a sedan. This camera has a huge screen for a pocket camera which is nice because it makes it alot easier to take a zoom picture. the focus on this camera is very fast. a downfall it might have for some people is it doesnt have a viewfinder, my husband always puts it up to his face before realizing it doesnt have one. it doesnt bother me though. This camera feels like it is made of quality materials, it doesnt feel cheap like some other cameras. also the memory card fits right in my sony computer which makes it a snap to upload. it is a memory stick duo. I would reccomend this to you.

I have owned several of the Sony DSC Cybershot cmaeras. This is the best of them all. Great flexibility. Has image stabilization, face recognition, and the ability to take 10 frames in burst mode. Easy menu lets you adjust for light--whether indoors or out---sun , shade, water, etc. High ISO capability produces a very clear shot even when the person is in motion. I was able to get great pictures of my grandson running around the backyard with my Great Pyrenees. Also took great pictures both inside (without a flash) and out in Walt Disney World. This ability to do so inside is very important since flashes are not allowed in rides.  This camera is also PictBridge compatible making it very easy to connect with your PC.  Even with the battery and memory stick included this camera only weights about 5 ounces and easily fits in your shirt pocket.  The sliding cover over the lens protects it from scratching and you don't have to worry about loosing the lens cover like on some other cameras.

With the Sony T line of cameras, you are really paying for the touchscreen interface. The megapixels and zoom are pretty standard, but what makes this line of cameras unique, and slightly more expensive, is the touchscreen. The touchscreen eliminates the need for any buttons on the back of the camera and allows for a very large viewing scree. Touch any point on the screen and the camera will focus on that part. When reviewing photos, editing is a simple matter of selecting the effect that you wish to add and touching the part of the picture you want to add it to. An interesting little feature that is also included in the photo editing process is the ability to actually draw on your photos using the touchscreen. While not truly the most useful ability, it can be very amusing. If I had to pick one thing that isn't quite up to par with this camera, it is the battery life. You WILL want a second battery.

I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAMERA.  I WAS NOT SURE WHICH ONE TO BUY, SO I MAKE THE DECISION FOR THIS ONE.  I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE CAMERA, I ENJOYED TAKING PICTURES, THE SIZE OF THE CAMERA IS AWESOME.  IT IS SO THIN AND SMALL THAT I PUT IT IN MY POCKET.  THE PICTURES ARE SO CLEAR AND COLORFUL.  I CARRY IT WITH ME EVERYWHERE.  I USED THE FIRST TIME FOR MY HUSBAND BIRTHDAY, AND IT WAS SO EXCITING TO SEE ALL THE OPTIONS THAT THIS CAMERA HAS, YOU CAN TAKE A LOT OF PICTURES WITH DIFFERENT SIDES, AND I LIKE THE THING THAT WHEN PEOPLE SMILE THE PICTURE IS TAKEN, YOU CAN ADD LETTER TO THE PICTURES, ETC.  AND THE SPACE OF THE SIM CARD IS EXCELLENT ALSO,  I CAN PRINT MY PICTURES AT HOME OR AT ANY PHOTO STUDIO.  SO IT IS SO EASY AND CONVENIENT.  I LIKE THE COLORS,  VERY FRESH AND FUN.   I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE DECISION I MADE WITH THIS CAMERA.  I LOVE SONY BRAND.  IT IS A WELL-KNOWN BRAND AND WITH GUARANTEE.
