I recently purchased the Sony DR-BY 101 Wireless Bluetooth headset and have been very pleased with them. I bought these to replace the headphones I was using at work. I have too many wires as it is at my desk. I can sync them with my iPhone 4, listen to music and answer calls with them.  Connecting to my iPhone 4 was a breeze. I can switch between my computer and my iPhone quickly and easily. Controls are easy to use and well laid out. The sound quality is excellent. Very similar to my wired set of Sony on the ear headphones. These headphones are comfortable to wear, even all day. They are not heavy and don't "squeeze" my head at all. I loved these headphones... until I wore them into the bathroom and saw myself in the mirror. They do not look good, cool or any other positive adjective. They look similar to what a sports television broadcaster would wear. Since I bought them for work, I don't much care.
