I had been browsing around the web to find a camera that fit my needs and with great reviews. After hours of checking reviews and prices and websites, I decided on the sony cybershot dsc w55. I have not regretted my purchase. This camera takes such beautiful and clear pictures wether by day or by night. It also takes video with sound. It's very sleek and lightweight and has an easy to follow menu. I didn't even look at the manual and I was taking beautiful pictures. It's so easy to use. It's a great value and great price. The only downside is that it only works with sandis duo pro memory… read full review »

I lost my previous camera....and this one was a gift. I love it! It takes great quality photos, I couldn't be happier unless I went with something REALLY fancy. It offers a great variety of settings.....love it! I have only one complaint is that sometimes the delay on digital cameras can cause you to miss a shot. This was the best we could afford and I'm really glad my husband chose this for me. The memory stick is great… read full review »

This is  a great product and easy to use.  Great for fun pictures and vacations.  I love the picture quality of this cammera and its user friendly feel.  The only set back is the delay between taking the picture and the flash. Sometimes this causes you to miss the picture.  I would recomend this to friends and anyone in need of a small camera for capturing… read full review »

I was given this camera as a gift and find this camera to be great in every way, such as great price, easy to use, clear pictures, convenient to carry, stylish, never given me problems, battery lasts a long time, except... — — The only problem I have with it is that it has no motion sensor, or image stabilizer or don't know what you call it.  This is actually a huge problem for us because my mom travels a lot and a lot of the times she has to ask other people to take pictures for her, and a lot of times the pictures turn out slightly blurry.  But I guess for the price… read full review »

Our in-depth review of the Sigma DP1. It's been a long wait indeed. Sigma displayed a first concept prototype of the DP1 at Photokina 2006 but it took until March of this year for the first production models to hit the shelves. The DP1 sports the rather unusual Foveon X3 sensor (just like the Sigma SD14 DSLR) and comes with a 28mm F4.0 prime lens - quite an exotic combination in today's world of superzooms and smile modes. Sigma claims the new model has the soul of a DSLR in a compact body. Is it right in saying so? Find out after the… read full review »

I love my Sony CyberShot W55 Camera. It is so easy to work and takes the most amazing photos ever. I have been taking photos for over 20years and I wish this camera was around then. I love the way the photos print out. And I love that once you have taking a photo you can still zoom in on the shot and change that photo. But still keep the original photo that was taken. I will never use another camera...It is AMAZING..LOVE THIS ONE. The price is great… read full review »

I got this camera as a birthday gift and I use it all the time.  the pics are so clean and clear.  i even dropped the camera and shatter the screen.  but the camera kept on working and took great pics.  th eonly difficulty i had with this camera was taking pics in night mode.  for some reason the pics would come out blurry.  but other than that.....the camera was a GREAT… read full review »

The Sony - Cybershot W55 Digital Camera is amazing.  I am only 17 years old and have only had 2 cameras but this is the best.  It takes quick clears shots with one simple button push.  The thing I think I love the most about my Cybershot W55 is that it can change from color to black and white.  I also love the self… read full review »
