Sony - Cybershot W55 Digital Camera Review

The Sony Cybershot is a nice little camera. It's 7.2 megapixels, small enough to fit in a pocket, and comes in different colors (ex: pink!). I bought this camera before my yearbook class. Because I always needed candid shots, I usually used ISO. No flash means no angry students that really don't want their face in the yearbook. I found that when I zoomed in using ISO, especially if it was dark, I could get some pretty terrible shots. However, when I use it outside on a bright, sunny day, I get amazing photographs. The camera also has video. My only complaint with video is that you can't zoom in while recording. So, I have a lot of footage where I missed something because I realized I was zoomed too far in or out and I had to stop the camera just to adjust the zoom. I found uploading to be very easy. No weird software to deal with- just plug it in, drag the photos or videos from one folder to another, and you're done. It's a nifty little camera.
