Sony Baby Call Monitor
When I was pregnant with our 3rd child, I was sick of our old monitor that worked about half the time so I started to search for a new one.
I ran across the Sony Baby Call Monitor and saw many wonderful reviews for it. With the many channels that it offers and the lights sound sensor lights, this monitor is able to do its job well and clear as a bell. The clairity is amazing on it. You can hear every little sound your baby is making.

Sony BabyCall Nursery Monitor NTM-910 900 MHz
I love this product. The fact that it lights up so if you have the volume down to watch a movie you can see that the baby is crying and how loud just by looking at it. I also like the setting that doesn't keep it on constant so if there is music playing or a humidifier running you aren't listening to that all night, it just turns on when the baby makes noise.

We had registered for the Sony Babycall baby monitor for our baby shower, and boy am I glad we did! It seems to be the best for the money being spent on it! We love that the base that stays with the parents can be un-plugged and be toted around anywhere in the house. It has many channel frequencies so there should be the right one for you without static and interferences. I was so afraid someone would be listening in on our conversations or for us to hear someone else's conversations, but not with this monitor it has worked great for us! Sony NTM-910 900 MHz BabyCall Nursery Monitor
We haven't had it long but it has been great so far. The sound is very clear and it even picks up on noise from the other room. I love the voice activation feature that means it isn't buzzing all night, only when our son makes noise.
