Sony Baby Call Reviews

The Sony Baby Call baby monitors have been pretty nice over the last five and a half months.  First, the highlights, the monitors come with one base station and two receivers.  This has been really nice for us, because we can keep one monitor in our kitchen - living area and the other in our bedroom.  It's not a huge deal, but we don't have to unplug and move the monitor every night.  Second highlight, the usability of the monitors is great.  There are many options for channels and the channel selecter is based on three color wheels, so the channel could be set to red, yellow, green or green,...

I am reviewing the Sony Baby Call Monitor. 

The signal is completely clear, except right next to some of our cordless appliances. We have a fair amount of wireless signals through our house (home phone, cell phones, internet, video game controllers) and were able to find a clear channel (there are 27 available) on the second try. Most less expensive monitors operate at a lower (and more commonly used by other appliances) frequency; we've found that this monitor's 900 MHz works great.

This monitor was recommende to me by two friends.  At fisrt I didn't want it because i wanted the "fancy" monitor with bells and whistles!  Thank goodness I listenes to them!!  They told me Sony Baby Call was great because it has two settings.  One where you can hear everything (static in the background at all times.  And, the best part, a setting where there is no static at all.  The monitor is in a sort of sleep mode only until your baby starts to make noise!  This is the option that sold me!!  I had m=no desire to hav ea static moise in the backgroundwhile I'm trying to sleep!!  Some...
