This HD TV is the best that i have seen and I did a lot of shopping! The 1080 is the best you can get and the color adjustments is many,I can fine tune it to get just what i am looking for.I have Directv HD and the picture just jumps out at you. The xbr5 is Sony's best and I am just BLOWN away by the quality of this TV. If you want the best price call CRUTCHFIELD 1-800-555-8211. I saved about 500.00 Dollars when i bought mine,and i searched all local stores in my area.
