Sonicare Sonicare E Series Review

I have to take very good care of my teeth due to my diabetes problem.  I visit the dentist three times a year and follow her instructions carefully.  When she suggested I get a Sonicare toothbrush, I did so on my way home.  I've used it every since, and I would not be without it.  She explained the quadpacer brushing to me.  That meant that you brush one quarter of your mouth for 30 seconds and hear a short beep.  Then you change to another section and do the same and so on around the mouth.  The result is    two minutes of brushing, and that is very important for adquate cleaning.  I've done it every since, and my teeth feel so clean.  Also I get excellent reports from her about the condition of my gums. I often travel out of town, and I take the brush head with me. It stays charged up to ten days without using the charger.  This makes it very easy to carry it on a plane.  I have used the same base for eight years.  It had a year guarantee, but it certainly has done better than that. Of course,  I change the brush head faithfully when the brush starts to show wear.
