I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and am enjoying it. My husband thinks it's the lazy way out to care for my teeth, but I say it's "specialized care." Just recently I started having sensitive teeth and the Sonicare Flexcare system has several settings, one of which is for sensitive teeth. This feature helps reduce pressure of the brush agaist the teeth, making it gentler and easier to care for my teeth without the pain. Claims are that it will help give whiter teeth, but I have yet to see results of that.
One minor issue is accidently pushing the button to change features while brushing my teeth. I can go from sensitive to massage to clean without intending to. This can be a bit aggravating, especially against my sensitive teeth!
I like the options of the massage as well, it's invigorating! And another great feature is the go care, which gives a quicker clean when you're in a hurry (and your teeth aren't too sensitive).
I haven't priced the replacement heads yet, but with the Flexcare running about $180, I am sure they aren't very inexpensive. But I think it will be worth the extra cost to save from pricey dental work in the long run.
