Sonicare FlexCare 900 Series Electric Toothbrush Review

The sonicare flex care 900 series electric toothbrush worked well in the first year of life.  Upon returning after traveling for a week (utilizing the battery during that week) when I put the brush back on the charger, the charger drained the battery rather then recharging the battery.  I pulled the brush off the charger for over 24 hours and on trying the brush again the brush worked.  Ever since that instance the brush ability to hold a battery charge seems to flucuate.  I have tried cleaning more thoroughly the brush bottom as well as the brush holder but that doesn't seem to make a difference.  I have not yet purchased another brush since I have noted other reviews with the same issue and don't want to spend the money and just have the same problem.  My prior electric brush was made by Oral B and lasted for many years, I expect I will switch back to oral B even though I really liked the sonicare brush.
