Pros

    Cleans better than battery toothbrushes, clean, healthy, kills 99% of germs

Cons
    Can be messy, Vibrations are too strong for some

  I really like my Sonicare... My teeth feel much cleaner after using it. Yet the down side for me is that even on sensitive it gives off too much vibrations. Mostly on the back of my upper front. I have taken to not doing this area with it. I use my regular toothbrush for that.
