Pros

    Cleans better than battery toothbrushes, Doesn't require a lot of toothpaste, clean, healthy, kills 99% of germs, Many features, Cleaner teeth then manual toothbrush

Cons
    expensive, Every 90 days new heads needed

Sonicare FlexCare 900 Series Electric Toothbrush — 

I would have to say that this is by far the best toothbrush I have ever personally used.  The only other time I have ever felt like my teeth were this clean was after a professional cleaning by my dentist.  I recommend this toothbrush to everyone!
