Sonicare Essence e5300 Electric Toothbrush — 

Seriously, I don't leave home without it.  I have had mine for years.  My dental hygientist recommended it because I had a spot where I had a receding gum line.  Since I started using this product my numbers haven't changed. My hygeniest noticed a reduction in build up and the amount of time spent in the chair was also greatly reduced.  Plus my mouth just doesn't feel clean enough without it.   The battery charge still lasts about two weeks even after all of this time.  Cleaning is a snap.  The replacement heads are somewhat expensive but the clean feeling after use still makes it a good buy.  Just remember to put it in your mouth before turning it on!
