Sonicare Elite 7300 Toothbrush with Sonic Technology — 

I received a sonicare toothbrush in a bzz campaign I participated in.  Since then I have bought one for each of my family members.  This toothbrush is amazing.  You will feel like you just left the dentist after a cleaning.  Also, my oral health has improved dramatically with the use of this toothbrush.  My dentist highly recommends them to his patients.  And now you can get an accessory which is a sonicare sanitizer to keep your brush head longer and it kill almost all of the bacteria.  The toothbrush is expensive and so are the brush heads.
