I've had my SonicCare for about 4 years now and LOVE it!  It makes brushing my teeth everyday, twice a day, a BREEZE and it brushes better than I ever could have done on my own.  It is pricey, but it is worth it, and if you take good care of the brushes, you only need to replace them every 6 months, which is NOT bad.
