I was introduced to the Sonicare line of products when I had to get braces at the age of 60(due to an accident).  Part of the Orthodontists issue was a toothbrush.  I was given one with a small brush head and was amazed at how well it worked with the braces.  We later bought another with a regular size brush for my husband.  We keep a base in each bathroom for charging them and have never had cleaner teeth.  I would never go back to a manual toothbrush.
