An eyelash curler is kind of a boring implement generally speaking. It hasn't changed at all since I used to play with the one my Mom had years ago. And I recently found out I was curling my lashes all wrong -- I would just give them one big squeeze in the center of my lashes and that would form a scary-looking right angle. You're supposed to start at the base of your lashes and gently pump the device working out toward the ends of your lashes. The lash curler made by Sonia Kashuk did add some fun and meaning to the lash curler by coming out with a very cute metallic pink version. It's more than just cute though, Sonia Kashuk is a breast cancer survivor and 15% of the purchase price of this item goes to support BCRF’s mission to prevent and find a cure. That's some eyelash curler. Plus when you get up early in the morning and stare into the magnifying mirror to put on your makeup you may as well have a reason to smile :) It's at Target for $9.99.
