- Very solid construction.
- If you have all the accessories, there is a wide range of exercises that is detailed in the workout manual ranging from abdominals, upper/lower legs, chest, back, arms....
- At first I felt that moving between workouts was tedious, e.g. the removal of the Leg Press and chair to attach the T-Bar to do pull-ups or inverted sit-ups. I later realize it's what you get for one piece of equipment that does multiple things. Once you have a routine it's no big thing to move from one workout to another. During the summer I like taking it out of the garage to the fresh air of the back yard to get a good workout with some good background music. It's energizing!
- Parts and accessories are still available for it at soloflex.com. You can find a used one of these between $50 and $100 depending on the accessories. I got mine with all the accessories for $75.00. It's been a good investment in my health.
