This is especially helpful for cats like mine who are overweight (3 of them). Protein won't cause them to gain weight the way that carbs do. Indigo Moon food is made of very high quality ingredients. It has no by-products, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors or fillers. It is made of high quality meats, fruits and vegetables. This is unlike most types of popular cat foods that are full of by-products (waste meat products like blood, feet, digest, tumors, etc.) and fillers like corn, which are very bad for the health of cats. My cats love the taste and crunchiness of Indigo Moon cat food, and I love the fact that it's healthy and high quality and will help my cats live a long life.

Solid Gold Indigo Moon is another varient of Solid Gold catfood and is excellent. I think this one may be even a little healthier than the Katz n Flocken version. My cats absolutely love Solid Gold's catfood. Every version of there catfood is loved by my cats which is unusually and kinda rare for them for they  are finicky. My mother cat had been needing some extra nutrition and some weight on her for she had been looking rough, but Solid Gold dry catfoods is bringing her back to a healthy weight and she is looking better and better everyday.  Even my chihuahua's like this catfood, so i have to try to feed them separately, but i know it won't hurt them , i would say it's healthy for them to, maybe not on a daily basis , i don't know, but i do know that for my cats it is excellent on a daily basis, they really seem to like it, the absolutely eat it up. This is a very healthy diet for your cats, i believe all will agree. It's my cat's favorite.
