We bought this fan for our bedroom. It's very nice looking and seems heavy duty. I've only had it about two months and have only used it a few times. It was slightly difficult to put together, but looked really nice in our room. I don't often use a fan unless it's really hot out, so we have only used it about one week out of those two months. The other night while we were sleeping, it began to make a horrible noise the next morning on closer inspection we could see that the fan blades had some loose and slid to the back of the fan. The noise was the blades banging against the cage of the fan. Metal on metal is a horrible sound to wake up to. I am sure it can be fixed easily but this should never have happened. I probably will not buy from this company again.
