I knew what to expect but the music in me said give it a go even though my gut said don't trouble yourself. The first single I must admit gave a good sign that after the failure of her debut Solo Star Beyonces kid sister might be on to something but after one full listen I see she still misses the mark. This sums up a BIG problem with this CD because beyond the lead single your are left with 95% filler (or JUNK depending on how you see or hear it:). After just one listen you get the impression that Solange is in an all out race to put on her big sister's shoes but she can seem to find her own place in a sea already filled with "so called" artists.

Bottom Line:

We have enough limp, lifeless, and forgettable music without having to add this sad release to the pile!

LOLOLOL....thankfully The Sound Garden saves me ALLOT of money because you can preview a cd (opened or not) without the obligation of buying it.

You're so brave to save the rest of us from having to listen to this. I hope you didn't buy this AND New Kids on the Block...LOL.

Don't hold back, say what you really feel! :) Sometimes a kid gets a break just because a relative is successful, not because they deserve it. Looks like that's what happened here. Thanks for the heads up!
