When you're walking down the soap aisle thinking to yourself that you want to try a new smell and you see "black raspberry and vanilla," you almost immediately go for it. You pick it up, untwist the cap, and you get punched in the face by a great scent. What's that? It's super cheap?! It makes it into the cart. You go home, and when you finally go to use it, everything is fine. Until you put your hands near your face. They don't smell that great. They don't smell bad, they just kind of smell like generic soap. You're hands don't feel gross or anything, they just kind of smell not like black raspberry and vanilla. Effectiveness It clean your hands. I mean, that's what it's here to do. Your skin feels soft and clean afterwards, which is great. A good soap shouldn't be too harsh or anything. It's good for sensitive skin, but as far acne-prone skin I don't think I would really put it on my face.... Scent Like I said, it smells GREAT in the bottle, but once it's on your hands, it's just kind of meh.

Softsoap Black Raspberry and Vanilla Hand Soap is a pretty good soap. The soap does clean very well. I like that the soap lathers good without having to use a whole lot of the product. After using this soap on my hands, my hands are clean and soft. I only have one complaint about this soap, and it is only a personal opinion. I loved the scent of the soap when smelling it in the bottle, but after using it on my hands the smell is a little overpowering for me. It almost makes it smell bad. And I don't like that I can still smell it on my hands so much after rinsing it off. Other than that, it is a great soap. I would still recommend it to others because it does work really good and you definitely cannot beat the price. Effectiveness Softsoap Black Raspberry and Vanilla does exactly what it is supposed to do, it cleans! I have no complaints with the performance of this soap, it does clean my hands good. Scent I love how the soap smells in the bottle, but while using it and the smell left on my hands is just too stout for my liking.

I like getting soft soap hand soap because I can usually always find it at a good price and they are easy to find at most stores out there, especially grocery stores. I saw the raspberry and vanilla scent and I thought that it sounded like a good scent to try. I was right. I did smell good and my family seemed to like it as well. This soap comes out thick and isn't watered down like other soaps can be. The pump works well and doesn't clog up. The pump is a little thicker. The color of the soap is fun. When I am picking soap it has to smell good, so that was the deciding factor. It smelled good. It also does a good job of cleaning hands and getting rid of those pesky germs. I feel like my hands are cleaned well using this soap. Effectiveness This soap does a good job of cleaning your hands. It gets of dirt and germs and leaves a nice scent afterward. Scent This is a pretty good scent. The raspberry and vanilla go together well. I like the way my hands smell afterward.

Softsoap is my favorite brand of hand soap. They have never let me down before. All their scents are great and the soap itself works so well. We'll start with the scent. This is probably my least favorite scent out of all the ones I've tried, but it still smells really good, better than most scents from other brands. So for me to say I don't like this scent as much (it's a little sweet for my taste), but it still beats other brands scents is really saying something about the quality Softsoaps puts into their soaps. The consistency of this soap is one of my favorite things about it. It suds up very quickly into a rich and creamy lather that really lets you feel like your hands a getting the best cleaning possible. I wash my hands often to help ward of illness but I have never had this soap dry out my hands or irritate them at all, and I have very sensitive skin. For the affordable price and the quality of the soap you're getting, you really can't find a better deal than this.

The Softsoap Black Raspberry and Vanilla Hand Soap smells out of this world. I love it! Despite the fabulous scent, I do find that the soap has a tendency to make my hands feel dry and rubbery. Effectiveness It makes my hands feel nice and clean! Scent I was worried that this soap would smell too sweet, but it doesn't.

I use this Softsoap Black raspberry and vanilla hand soap in my guest bathroom of the house. I originally started using it for that bathroom because of the beautiful color shade of purple that matched the bathroom decorations perfectly. But after using it I realized that the soap inside of the dispenser is great as well! The smell is really pleasant, it smells very fruity and a little bit floral, I really love the scent! Be warned though that it is pretty fragrant but that's what I like about it, it makes my hands smell really good! I also think that this Softsoap hand soap cleans very well. It's easy to work into a lather and it gets off anything that may be sticky or germy. It always leaves my hands my hands feeling very soft and clean and it washes off easily and doesn't leave any residues behind. I have repurchased this soap multiple times because guests always love it!

This is a nice, basic hand soap if you're looking for something that smells really good, cleans well, but doesn't cost some ridiculous sum like some of those "luxury" soaps out there. Even though it's a cheap soap, it doesn't feel or smell like it. It cleans hands thoroughly, rinses off easily, and has a great scent. I love this black raspberry and vanilla scent - it's a surprising and unusual combination that really works well together, and it makes me wish that a wider range of products used a similar fragrance! I definitely recommend this soap to anyone on a budget who wants something that seems like an indulgence. Effectiveness While it doesn't do anything "extra" like some soaps, it does a great job of keeping hands clean without drying them out. This soap is also very easy to rinse off, which is a nice bonus. Scent I love this scent! It is lovely and feminine, but not overpowering or overly sweet.

I've been buying Softsoap hand soap for my family for many years and am very happy with it. In the beginning, I purchased their anti-bacterial soap, but stopped several years ago because of all of the possible side effects and switched. I usually buy the 7.5 ounce plastic pump bottle. However, it also comes in a smaller size and refill size bottles to save money. Even the small containers last a fairly long time. It's easy to use and store with its slim appealing packaging. I love the Black Raspberry and Vanilla fragrance of this Softsoap hand soap made by Colgate-Palmolive. It's one of my favorites, although with several options to choose from I sometimes buy others. I use it throughout the day and my hands feel clean, soft and smooth. I give this product an A+ and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great way to keep their hands clean as needed without worrying about harsh chemicals. Made in the USA is just another plus for me.
