Worst Company EVER!

simple is good, value conscious, an online shopper, looking for durability, appreciate nice things, noticing the details

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My new furniture was delivered like the trash and I paid good money for what I got. Sofa Express bought out Klaussman's Furniture and it is now being made in China. If I had known that, I would have never bought from them. When I received my furniture, I called right away to get repair out for my chair. It took them 2 months to get them to my house. Then the repair guy even agreed with me that it was a shoddy job.
