Worst Company EVER!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My new furniture was delivered like the trash and I paid good money for what I got. Sofa Express bought out Klaussman's Furniture and it is now being made in China. If I had known that, I would have never bought from them. When I received my furniture, I called right away to get repair out for my chair. It took them 2 months to get them to my house. Then the repair guy even agreed with me that it was a shoddy job. Next thing you know, I'm getting a new back to my chair in the mail and I was supposed to sew it on myself. I called them and they wouldn't send someone out, because they were going out of business. I got screwed. My money is down the drain. The chair is useless. The company filed for bankruptcy. Don't do business with this company. I now know why they went out of business.
