The Machine I love. The flavors of the sodas and mixes not so much. Since this review is about the machine I will mostly be focused on the unit. The only other thing that I will say about the flavors is that I marked the machine down to an 8 from a higher score because a machine does no good when nobody in your household likes many of the flavors. Now onto the rest of the review. When I took the unit out of the box I was worried about the height of the machine and storing it but it slid barely under my cupboards right between my drip coffee maker and my Keurig. It is a very narrow device that can squeeze easily into tight places. I love the red color of mine which really stands out and makes an excellent conversation piece. I love how easy it was to set up. A battery for the indicator light is the only power you need. The CO2 bottles fit in easily and the the beverage bottles are also easily attached. O like how you can control how much carbonation gets added to your beverages and the amount is indicated by a lighted indicator. I like my pop at maximum carbonation and some drink mixes at a minimum of fizz. I just wish I liked the flavors better.

I received a Sodastream machine for Christmas. I love drinking soda. My favorite part is the carbonation. That's why the Sodastream is perfect for me! I am in control of how much or how little carbonation each bottle has. The machine is incredibly easy and safe to use. The carbon dioxide canisters are easy to install and remove, and can be exchanged at many retail locations where Sodastream is sold. There are so many different flavors for making soda and the best part is, none of them contain high fructose corn syrup. Many of the flavors do not taste exactly like the original, so for some it may be an acquired taste. However, I find that I like the taste of Sodastream quite well. The root beer flavors taste almost exactly like the originals. If you're unsure which flavors to get, Sodastream sells sample packs, perfect for trying out many flavors at once. The best part is, you can actually save money making your own soda!

You very easily are able to make a carbonated beverage with ease that tastes much like the original product. The only down side of the machine is that there is no uniform amount of carbonation used when doing the pumping. Some times it seems to take more pumps of carbonation than others.

I love soda stream and the line of products they offer. I have owned this awesome soda stream product for a little over two years now and have been completely satisfied with it. The carbonation canisters last a very long time which I love and it's overall a very easy product to use. There are a wide range and variety of syrups/sodas and flavorings to choose from so no matter what you're preference you prefer, you're sure to be fulfilled. The syrups are a lot more healthier than traditional soda hence being low in calorie. They do however have a splenda sweetener flavor in some that stands out as an aftertaste but it boils down to choosing which you like best. There are flavorings for water if you'd rather have flavor carbonated water. My favorite flavor is cola due to it tasting so similar to coca cola. The soda stream product is easy to use as well as clean and looks good sitting out in the kitchen ready for use anytime you would like a delicious, refreshing low cal drink. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves drinking soda but wants to do so without the guilt.

I received a soda stream genesis for Christmas. I had never heard of it before. I also got different syrups. My family consumes numerous amounts of pop each day. I started using the soda stream and was amazed! It tasted like the other sodas I bought at the store...like name brand!!! My biggest shock was how inexpensive it is to use. I have saved so much money by using my soda stream and stopped buying cans and bottles of soda. I even can buy koolaid and crytal light and energy drink mixes and flavored water. I like to combine the different sodas to make fun flavor combos too. We like to make mystery drinks and it is fun! I think this is a very green product and that we should start thinking about our environment. The soda stream does just that! So think about how much you spend on average of carbonated beverages....now cut that by more than 75% and that is what you will save! I have not had anyone try it and not like it!

This product has changed my life. I spend less on sparkling water and soda, and I'm not filling the landfill with junk! The machine itself is simple to use, and the bottles are easy to clean. The soda flavors are just as good as name brand, without all the chemicals.

I got this exact one(Genesis) for Christmas, and have saved quite a few bucks in 3 days. Im a soda or anything carbonated fanatic and have found this product easy to use and assemble. Im buying sodas like every two days. But with the Sodastream, im no longer thinking of buying. The flavors are spot on compared to the big brand name sodas. Easy clean up as well.

As soon as I saw the commercial for this product I knew I had to have it. I got it home and it was so easy to put together. I went through the samples that came with the SodaStream very quickly as I love my carbonated beverages. I get excited every time I see a new flavor. The Country Time Half&Half is outstanding ad I also love the Kool Aid Cherry. You can monitor the amount of carbonation in your drink, but do take care not to overdo it as you can damage your machine.

I got my Soda Stream about 5 months ago and have fallen in love with this kitchen gadget. You are in control over how much CO2 and syrup is in each different bottle you make.The flavors from Soda Stream itself are numerous, but you can aso used the newer Kool Aid liquids and Crystal Light packs. You can mix them and make your own individual combination. Another advantage is of course no more aluminum cans or plastic bottles, which is better for the environment and our over filled landfills. While the prices may seem high at first, I decided to break it all down. The syrup bottles are 16.9 fluid ounces and makes over an makes 50 8oz servings. I've also found that if I use less of the syrup, it tastes just as good, and lasts a bit longer. It is all relevent to your own personal taste. It is also thin and doesn't take up much counter space. I live in a rural area, so I buy most of my products online either on Ebay or Amazon.

I love my SodaStream Genesis Sparkling Water and Soda Maker! I love that it saves me money on my pop. It is super easy to use and really is a great thing to have in my kitchen. It is a bit expensive, but I did get a rebate from them and if you drink a lot of sparkling water or pop then I really think that it is worth the expense. And I love that you can buy the soda mix about anywhere and it is really inexpensive. And you can buy the carbonation anywhere too and it lasts a long time and you can take the carbonation tank back and get the cheaper refill price. When we got it, the box came with a set of sample soda mixes so that helped us taste and see which kind we like most. You can find just about any kind of soda to make and now you can make kool-aid and lemonade too. It came with bottles to use and you can buy more if you need to also. We have grey bottles and black bottles so my husband uses the black and I use the grey so that way we know whos is whos.
