My snapper lawn mower is a great lawn mower and it has never failed me. I make sure at the begining of the season that is it ready to go and it start up right away when i pull the string. It is a great lawn mower and i have the blade serviced at least once a year so it is sharp so it makes a nice clean cut with the grass. I change the oil and spark plug when needed. I have not had to change the spark plug very often. I have change the air filter once cause it was very dusty and that can be understandable since it dies come in contact with a lot of dust. I would tell you to go out and buy a Snapper in a heart beat. I have always used snapper and it has always been a good brand for me. I have used snapper for 25 years. When i lived in the country i had a riding mower and now that I am in town I have a push mower.

**I bought my snapper lawn mower about 30 days ago,even though I have never own a snapper product before. It all started on the first pull and had great pulling power, and the height adjustments were easy to get to.The handle was very easy to fold for storage which is good because i have alot of items in my garage.My lawn is wide and long, it used to take about 4/hrs to cut my lawn, but with my self propel snapper it only took me 2.5/hrs to cut the grass.My only complaint is the plastic wheels that will wear out quicker than the traditional hard rubber wheels. I think this lawn mower is one of the best lawn mowers i have had in years. It's so great. I don't think i wouldn't trade it in for quite a while..unless i got a riding lawn mower but it would have to be a snapper ,although that's beside the point.The plastic wheels, once again, are my only concern, they wear out the wheel which reduces, in my opinion, traction on a self propelled mower.**

The Snapper I have is the 21inch self propelled  push mower.  It is a very old mower.  I inherited it from my husband's business, we started.  I couldn't get him to do the lawn at the house so I took the snapper as the home mower.  I have a bad back with lots of pain and I can do my own lawn in one day.  I love that I can set the propulsion's speed to my ease, so that it isn't pulling me along.  The only problem I have is that I have to stop often to empty the bag, and I can not mow without the bag on.
