Pros

    easy editing, easy to use, easy to share photos, nice products

Cons
    slow shipping, shipping costs, poor quality, Representatives not helpful, Did not follow through

I like snapfish.. but they shipping takes WAY to long and is costly.  Don't order holiday gifts around Christmas time cause it can be a nightmare.  I ordered photo ornaments on 11/26 from them.. and didn't receive them until 12/24 and they were TERRIBLE quality printed off centered!!!  They've also lost an order on me. And now most recently my order total was $1.07 and they charged my credit card $4.32 without any warning!!!  I just haven't had good luck with them!
