Snapfish Review

Bottom Line - Snapfish is an overall great site for not just sharing your photos, but also buying quality prints and gifts.

I have been uploading photos to Snapfish for years. Admittedly, uploading hasn't always been 100% problem-free. Occasionally it's slow or glitchy. However, if I'm not in any rush, I can usually try again a few hours later (or the next day), and the problem is usually gone.

Once the photos are uploaded, Snapfish easily allows you to rearrange them and caption them. Then, you can easily share these photos with friends and family. While they will also have to sign up for a Snapfish account, it costs nothing to view photos. It also costs nothing to upload them. The only time you have to pay is if you actually purchase something.

Snapfish has some of the greatest deals on photo prices. While the standard price is cheaper than most other online or even physical locations, special Web deals and e-mails from Snapfish frequently give you even better prices. And if you're worried that low cost means low quality -- forget about it. Snapfish photo prints are top quality.

In addition, Snapfish also offers some great photo gifts. I purchased a calendar last year as a family Christmas present. Not only did it come out great, but everyone loved it. And not only can you have up to three pictures for each month, but you can even put small shots on the individual days for birthdays or anniversaries. And it's no extra cost!

I've also seen and received shirts and mugs, and they all come out excellently. And Snapfish allows you to crop and edit your pictures so that they look their best on whatever you buy.

Now, this is not to say that Snapfish is perfect. Yes, if you order large amounts of photos, they may arrive in random order. It can be a hassle, but you can always view your photos again online to help with any ordering or labeling you may be unsure of. And shipping costs can be a little pricey -- especially since photos and gifts are considered separate orders with separate shipping costs. Snapfish does order pickup at select locations, but I've never done that personally, so I can't comment on it.

Still, for sharing photos, Snapfish is great. And they do offer great deals, great prices and great quality products. It's highly recommended.
