Cons
Frustrating, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Site often has problems, Representatives not helpful, No quality-control

Snapfish is an online photo processing website.  I have used them in the past, and stopped because I found their online ordering system to be non functioning quite often.  It became too frustrating.

Well I decided to give them another try.  I uploaded 106 pictures to be processed and was given a price of .99 per picture.  That is an insane price.  I figured there must be something wrong; maybe I hit the wrong size for my pics.

I went through the order process again, and was given the same price.  What I did notice,  there was a problem with the ordering.

I clicked on a size, but yet it automatically changed the size I submitted to a much larger size; hence the difference in the cost.  I could not get the site to accept my order the way I wanted it, which should have resulted in a charge of approximately .12 per photo.

I attempted to contact customer service and only received an automated response on how to order pictures.

Nothing has changed with Snapfish; they are still substandard, frustrating and difficult to work with.

I look forward to your review of Smilebooks, which I've never heard of. I've had good results with Shutterfly . I've ordered a photobook from them as well as pictures several times.

Hi! I tried Snapfish again because I wanted to make a photobook of my son's birthday party. I then tried Smilebooks, and it appears that is becoming a disaster. I will do a review of Smilebooks, when and if the book arrives. Before I tried Snapfish and Smilebooks, I tried using Kodak, but it was very difficult to use and the prices were extremely high. This was my first attempt at a photobook, and I guess, my last. Keep an eye out for the Smilebooks review...I'm sure you'll find it interesting!

Wow, what a waste of your time. I've used Snapfish several times with no problem but I know that others haven't been so lucky. What service did you end up using? I often use Walgreens when they have deals because I can pick them up at the store.
