Affordable digital prints but terrible customer service!

Every day computer user, a PC user, the family photographer, value conscious, on a tight budget
Pros

    Fairly quick upload of photos, easy to use, good prices, easy to share photos, can choose shipping or store pickup

Cons
    Representatives not helpful, No quality-control, poor quality, Did not follow through

At first I was thrilled with Snapfish because I was able to get prints of my numerous digital pictures for a reasonable price.  However, after receiving my first order and finding that my son's head had been cropped out of 2 of the 4 wallets on each wallet sheet, I tried emailing them about this problem a number of times with no response.  So $10 down the drain....
