Snapfish Ruined My Christmas & Lied

Snapfish killed my Christmas. It never sent my order even though it repeatedly promised to have it arrive by Christmas. I ordered Dec. 1. They have had my order nearly 1 MONTH and they lied by phone, and they lied by email, saying not to worry, they will ship for Christmas. I had no gifts to give on Christmas.

Today is Dec. 27. My family is gone. I gave them squat for Christmas because Snapfish's 3-5 day delivery is actually 3-5 weeks. They STILL can not find my damn order and send it even though they have had a full month to get it right. They don't speak English, they lie and they make up information. They told me it shipped Dec. 22. Next, they claimed it shipped Dec. 23. Look up "Snapfish sucks" in Google and see how many customers they have injured by destroying their birthdays, anniversaries and Christmases. This company needs to be stopped. They engage in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Do not ever ever order from them unless you are prepared to fly to India to pick up the order yourself. They absolutely ruined this holiday. I put my heart and soul into making a family calendar and all I had to give was air.
