Snapfish —
I used Snapfish for the first time this year to order our family Christmas cards. The photo cards turned out great! BUT I ordered 40 and recived all 40 cards but only 20 envelopes. I emailed customer service and they said within 24 hours I would hear. I didnt hear after 48 hours, so I called the 800 number. She said she would only forward the problem to their people and they would get back to me by email which would take 3 days. So now I have Christmas cards I can't even mail out. And by the time they get back to me (If they ever do) it will pretty late to even attempt mailing them BEFORE Christmas.
