Did not follow through, Representatives not helpful, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a terrible experience with Snapfish. I ordered a photo book to be shipped by the 15th of December. I paid for overnight shipping. When I did not get it I called customer service (outsourced to India) the rep gave me a line of bull and said that it would be here the next day. When it did not come the next day I again called the customer service number and again they said it would come the next day. Every phone call was the same. None of them would give me shipping information. They all said that they do not have access to shipping information. After many phone calls and me having to get very mad on the phone I Finally was able to get someone to give me a little bit of shipping information. I was told that It was going to come Fed-ex. I called fed-ex and they said that as of the 19th my book had not left snapfish's distribution Center in Utah. They Had my book the entire time!!!!! I eventually received my book 1 week later. Bottom Line is... if you want your materials to get you do not use them. Incidentally I just ordered a photo book from www.kodakgallery.com and they were awesome! I had it when they said with no problems.
