I love photos and I love having a digital camera because it means I can take 100s of photos at every occasion!  However, once you have digital photos, how do you turn those into physical prints for your photo albums, frames, and more?  I tried a lot of different sites and stores, including Kinkos, CVS, Walgreens, and personal photo printers.  However I always come back to Snapfish as my one stop shop for my photo needs.

NOTE: I do not use this website to share photos!  I share my photos on my own website.  I only use this website to order prints and gifts.  I mention this because I read some complaints about trying to share and organize photos on this site.  I don't know what it's like to share them here because I use the site for a very specific reason - to turn digital into physical.

Great Price and Discounts!
The price is what initially drew me in to Snapfish.  At only 12 cents a photo, the site is cheaper than any other site OR store I've been to.  I know that they get you with shipping charges, however I usually wait until I get some kind of email deal before I shop here.  In addition, I shop through Ebates and get 10% cash back :)  That's definitely worth it.

The price for the gifts were also a good deal.  I paid more because I added many additional pages to my books, however even that was still worth it.

Prints
I have a very specific method for ordering prints.  I come to the website and create an album for the day.  I upload all the pics I want to order that day.  Then I go through editing each photo to be the right dimensions for 4x6.  This is important because if you don't do this the website will automatically crop your photos to 4x6 dimensions and it may cut off someones head!  It's very easy to crop your photos on this website, even if you are a photo-editing novice.

Once I've cropped my photos, I order the entire album.  I love doing this as it is so easy to put the whole album in the cart and the site automatically assumes you want 1 4x6 of each.  At this point I can add additional prints very easily for all the different sizes, preview what my photo will look like in all the different sizes, and send to print!  Ordering really is quick and easy.

Gifts
My second pull to this website is the gifts.  For my wedding I created 4 of the memory book items (as shown in the picture) for my mom, dad, sister, and cousin as a thank you for being in the wedding.  Originally I had come to the site with the intention of ordering prints and hand-making memory books, however when I saw the cool books on the website, I got to work!  It turned out to be almost as much work because the memory book website is SLOW.  I imagine that is because all the information you are working with, but when you are planning a wedding it seems even slower :)  Of course wanted them to be awesome so I worked my butt off to make them perfect

My advice is that if you plan to make a memory book or any other gift, choose all the photos you want to use and save them all in an album on Snapfish in the order you plan to use them.  This will help speed up the process a ton!  Besides memory books, I have also ordered other gifts such as a candy tin.  They add new gifts all the time, check them out!

Quality
It's not just about price for me, it's about quality.  The prints I've gotten have always been in perfect shape and looked just as good as pictures I got when I had a 35mm camera.  I have never been disappointed with my photos.

The memory books are awesome and in great shape.  When I first opened them I was afraid to touch the pages thinking it might smear, but that turned out to be not even a concern.  I added some stickers to make it just a bit more personalized but it was still great.  If you are anti-creative, these memory books are cool because you can have it automatically build the book for you and fills in captions.

The End!
First, go to Snapfish and upload and organize your next order.  Second go to Ebates and click through to Snapfish to place your order :)  Finally, enjoy discounts, savings, and great photos and gifts!!

I like their site too. I have used Winkflash in the past too for printing cards and I was very happy with the quality! :)
