Snapfish —
I placed an order with SnapFish on December 4th. Three calls/emails to customer service assured me that I would receive the product before Christmas. I even had a customer service agent tell me on Christmas Eve that the product had shipped and would arrive by 7pm. It is now December 26th and I was just told by customer service that the product has not even shipped yet and I would receive it in a few days. SnapFish did fully refund me the price of the photobook, which I appreciate, but I will never order from them again, especially if I need the order to arrive within a few weeks!
