Sunshine - Cheez-It Parmesan & Garlic Baked Snack Crackers
I am more of a salty/savory kind of snacker, than a sweet one. I would much rather snack on chips, crackers or cheese than candy, chocolate or desserts. One of my favorite snacks are Sunshine Cheez-It Hot & Spicy Baked Snack Crackers, but the last time I was at the grocery store, I came across a flavor I haven't had before - Sunshine Cheez-It Parmesan & Garlic Baked Snack Crackers. I love cheese and garlic, so they seemed like they would be a perfect fit.
When I first tasted these, I immediately picked up on the garlic. The parmesan flavor was definitely secondary, but slightly noticeable. ...

I've been bying Pamela's Products Simplebites Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies for over a year now and I am very happy with the taste and texture of them. I was introduced to them by a fellow gluten free shopper and even ordered shipments of them for a while off Amazon.com. (It is more econmical to buy them that way because they are usually almost 4 dollars a bag in the grocery store, six bags were about $16 at Amazon auto ship, but I had trouble eating and giving them all away in time for the next box! And they expire fast!)
I usually take them out of the bag and put them in a Lock and Lock container...

I've never been a huge fan of Reese's confections but I do have the occasional peanut butter craving. I've had their wafer bar, the Big Cup, Reese's Pieces, Reese's white chocolate peanut butter cups, and of course their regular milk chocolate cups. For the most part I don't like milk chocolate and most candies are just that, milk chocolate and other random ingredients. But when I saw advertisments for Reese's DARK I just knew I'd love it. I love dark chocolate and now I love Reese's Dark Chocolate peanut butter cups! The first time I saw them at the register I immediately added it to my cart and...

I was kindly introduced to FiberOne Fiber bars by a good friend of mine. I will thank him forever. They taste good, fill the empty spot, and best of all, they make you fart like crazy. You can set your clock by these babies. Eat one in the morning and right near lunchtime you feel the tremors and deep cavornous rumbles in your bowels. A short time later you'll be blowing more air than a Boeing 747. Life is good. Now I can keep up with my kids in the wind breaking arena. Thanks FiberONE!
Pepperidge Farm - Baked Naturals Cheese Crisps
These crackers are wonderful. Of course, like most snacks, it does have some fat and sugar, but it's not loaded with either like most snack crackers. They have a nice cheese flavor and you can see the "grated cheese" baked on top. I put in my sound bite that they are "grown up cheese crackers" because they taste more like something you would eat with an appetizer versus their poplur Goldfish snack crackers. They taste more like an artisan type cracker. I don't find the cheese to be as overwhelming as with other cheese crackers. It tastes more like real cheese. It's kind of like the...

When I saw a commerical for this cereal, I was so excited! I could get away with eating chocolate for breakfast!!
I toss a ziploc of it in my purse and munch on it during the day. It keeps me away from the bad food in the office- donuts, cookies, candy, pork rinds... You know, usual office fare.
The chocolate pieces are rich, so it's ok that they are small, and the flakes are small and have a slightly cocoa taste to them as well.
I think I am going to have a handful when I get home. Cereal isn't just for breakfast anymore!
Lay's - Classic Potato Chips
Like most of us, I have come to look askance at the "Snacks" aisle at the supermarket or convenience store. I realize too well that a person like me has no business shopping in that part of the store unless I am buying a contribution to bring to a party. Instead of "Snacks" there should be a sign over that aisle which proclaims "Abandon hope, all ye who enter here!" As a matter of fact I rarely ever enter there as the only attempts at healthier products seem to have resulted in low-fat overtures which seem hard enough to pry open windows or those dreadful things booby-trapped with the deadly...

I have teen boys, so I buy lots of food and snack foods including Quaker Chewy Dipps. Chewy Dipps are snack bars with granola in the center and then coated in chocolate. They have various flavors, but the peanut butter go over well here.
Personally, I do like the granola bars, but I like mine rather plain. I go more for the granola and with nuts or fruit only. The boys, on the other hand, like the extras like the chocolate chips, chunks, and dips.
These Quaker bars are tasty. The center is, as they say, kind of chewy. Not as hard as some of the snack bars. This makes for a rather packed taste versus...
