Having been working on eating healthy and more natural foods, this product was an easy transition. It tastes like eating a handful of lightly salted peanuts. If you go in with this expectation you won't miss the other additives and sugar. I love this product and would recommend it as a easy way to do something good for yourself.
Peanut butter is Good for You. Peanuts contain vitamin E, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and minerals, including copper, phosphorous, potassium, zinc and magnesium.
The biggest difference in natural peanut butter compared to the other stuff is that the oil in the peanut (this is natural) separates, so for best results you need to stir before using. Keeping the peanut butter in the fridge helps with this. If you like your peanut butter room temperature some people will simply pour out the oil the first time they open the jar or save it to cook in it.
