1. Ease - buy the products, eat the products, lose weight.
2. Effectiveness - I lost 5 pounds in about 10 days.

Cons would be:

Its an AMAZING program!

I did this program and lose 55lbs in 5 months! The program its easy to follow and you get results right away. When you eat a cookie every two hours along with you liquids and then your lean protein and veggies at dinner and you are set for the day! You dont think about food during the day its GREAT!
