I love Smart Ones line of frozen foods because it is the perfect way to get a great tasting meal that is quick and easy. The Angel Hair Pasta with Marinara is a very simple dish, but there is little about it that I would improve. The meal is composed of angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and a few tasty vegetables. I liked that the pasta came out with a good texture, and was not too dry or chewy. The marinara sauce is a little red and sweet with the perfect blend of spices. The dish is topped with green and yellow peppers and zucchini. My only complaint is that I would have added more vegetables, but I just added my own. For true pasta lovers you will probably want to add a sprinkle of cheese on top. The meal cooks up in a few minutes in the microwave and is perfect with a side salad and a piece of bread. It is low in fat and only about 250 calories for a great healthy meal.
