Smart ForTwo - 2008 Review

I have owned my 2008 Smart for Two Passion Coupe since May 2008.  I love everything about it.  I really enjoy the attention I get from other drivers; even when getting gas or shopping.  I get good gas mileage, around 35 MPG regularly, and the car is fun to drive.  It is fairly responsive.  I am not a sports or muscle car driver, but I enjoy the way the Smart handles almost every driving condition, although at high speeds (over the posted speed limit) it can feel a little light on the road.  I love how high I sit to drive.  I never feel like I am in a small car.  I sit up as high as most pickups.  I can see over the sedans and sports cars on the road, and that makes me feel safe.  My favorite thing is driving past a building with ground floor windows.  It may seem narcissistic, but I love to watch it drive past.  I love the Smart community.  We smile and wave at each other as we drive past.  When you see it from the front, you see the smile.  I love the styling, and I love that I can change the color of my car by purchasing new panels.
