I have been taking Slimquick Extreme for a wk and have had no issues thus far. I put on several pounds over the past few months (though my girlfriends don't see what my issue is lol) and wanted something that would knock me down to normal size within a few weeks.
After wk 1, I'm already pleased. I don't deal in "pounds" so I use a Curves tape measurer to get my measurements. I have lost several inches overall and am well on my way back to a comfortable body size!
I read the entire pamphlet and followed the instructions RELIGIOUSLY, taking the amount directed in 6-hour, morning/afternoon intervals. I do cardio and strength sessions several evenings/wk. I watch what I eat and didn't drink much besides water - 1 cup of coffee first thing in the morning is my only caffeine.
I haven't been jittery ONCE, which is surprising considering other reviews - I had been expecting it and nothing. Anyway ... I should also mention that my workouts feel a lot more productive. I'm literally drenched in sweat, and I just feel pumped afterward.
I say try it, but be realistic. You can't nosh on cheesesteaks and supreme pizza while getting pedicures and tanning. Diet has to change at least a little, and you ARE going to have to sweat! The pills will help, not DO!!!!!!!!!!!
