SLIM QUICK is the best weight loss aid you can take. i have tried to lose weight for 2 years now and i lost alot but then i hit htat famous plato that when you get to a point your body just cant lose anymore. well i started slim quick and it didnt make you feel all wired or shakey. all i did was add it to my water and drink it before my meal and it helped me get fuller quicker. i take one in the morning and one at lunch and when dinner time came around i did not even want to eat. i know you are not supposed to skip a meal so i ate off a little sauser plate. slim quick lets you sleep at night and gives you the extra energy you need to get up earlier to get in a workout, yiou even have some energy for after work so you can work out. the only thing i can say is not to take it 5 hours before you go to bed other wise you will have a hard time falling asleep. using slim quick with exercise and not really even dieting i lost 6 lbs the first 2 weeks. slim quick really works!!!
