I work out about 5 days a week and eat prettty healthy. I've been at a weight plateau and wanted to see if this would help break through that. I tried it for 2 months and didn't lose even one pound! It did affect my mood and make me feel a lot happier most of the time. However, I never shed any weight. The plateau still remains.
