I tried to use the SlimQuick cleanse because I wanted to just lose a few pounds relatively quickly. This cleanse was very upsetting on my stomach. I also think the caffeine in this was upsetting to me. When I was taking this, I felt a little jittery, and I made sure to not drink any other coffee since I felt like I had much more caffeine than in a typical cup of coffee. I think when starting a diet, you don't want it to cause you to feel sick and like you don't want to work out. That might have been my main complaint about this cleanse. When I took it, I had no desire to exercise. I also don't like the idea of eating chemicals, so I stopped this after only like two days. In addition o making me not feel well, SlimQuick Cleanse is pretty expensive. It seems like it makes more sense to eat healthy and exercise to lost weight. I, like many other people, was guilty of trying to find the easy way out. I'll have to remind myself of doing the SlimQuick Cleanse, with bad results, next time I want to try a fad diet.

Well I have heard from friends about the slimquick cleanse and some said it worked for them and others not so much.Checking out some sites it seemed to be 50/50 on if it worked well or not.I will start off by saying that all medications work different on everybody.So I decided to try Slimquick Cleanse b/c I am sure my body could use a good cleanse. You take 2 serving of pills which is 4 pills per serving.The pills are not to big but after taking 2 they feel massave. You take 1 seving before lunch and the last seving before bed and you need to drink 84 oz of water through out the day.So no problem since I have recently given up pop and now all I drink is water.The first 2 days went well no side effects or anything I accually had energy and started working out.Then I started having cramping which the bottle said could be caused by "senna" a product in the pills so I quit taking them which it says to do if cramping or diarrhea.I did not have any stool problems.My friend who recommeded it took Slimquick Cleanse the 7 days it is recommended and started Slimquick diet pills and had no problems and lost 10 lbs so far.Like I said all medications work different for different people this was just my experience and my review hope it helps you out.

this product doesnt work like it says it does. I felt better when I wasnt using SlimQuick. Its not effective and it doesnt help you lose the weight. For me, it actually made me tired and didnt help me at all. It says that it will help you feel better from the inside out. I actually feel better without using SlimQuick. I feel that it doesnt reduce bloating or cleanse. SlimQuick is a fake and a foney. I hope that everyone thinking about using this product doesnt end up using it. SlimQuick says it addresses an individuals needs. In terms of the things that may be making it difficult for that person to lose weight. The six things SlimQuick is suppose to address are stress, appetite, hormones, metabolism, energy and water. It says its suppose to give you energy or boost your energy and I slept alot more than normal on SlimQuick. I usually sleep about 4 to 6 hours a night and I slept 9 to 10 hours a night on this product.

This product reduces belly bloat quickly.  I havent had much luck with actual weight loss with it, but it does reduce bloat, and cleanse.  Be prepared for mutlple rest room breaks through out the day.

**Well I started Slimquick Cleanse 5 days ago and even though I have 2 days left  I really haven't had any real weight loss. This pill is a direct and laxative all in one. When I first started this cleanse the first couple of days I felt a little nauseous and was constantly going to the bathroom for one and two. You also have to drink alotta water with these pills. Within the 5 days that I have taken it I have seen little weight-loss which I believe is water weight and if it is after these pills are gone it'll come right back. I do have to say my body feels a little cleaner and lighter. I know a couple of people have complained about stomach cramps but I didnt experience any I guess the side effects are different for everyone. I have to say after my 7 days are up I will not be buying these pills again.**

slimquick cleanser was not one of my favorite i have tried a lot of product and too me this one here was a bad experience for me . maybe other people have had sucess with it but not me. a friend recommtended it to me i tried it and did not like it.hope other peopl have better sucess with it than i did. i followed the direction on the box very carefully.

I tried Slimquick to see if i could lose some extra weight. I was excited to start using it. I read everything inside the box and followed the rules carefully but i didnt see much weightloss. I was excersising and eating healthy and i only lost 3 pounds. I felt alot healthier but i wasnt satisfied with the weight i lost.

I have done the slimquick cleanse twice.  I had great results the first time, felt great, lost 5 pounds in a week and many inches.  The second time I lost not quite as much .. but I might have strayed a little from the diet a little.  I feel like the diet you are given is the true strength of the cleanse.  A friend of mine did the same diet, but did not take the pills.  She got about the same results.  So in the future, I think I might just buck up and do the diet again.  It is a great jump-start to your weight loss and especially good if you are looking to slim down in a week for something special, like a trip or event.  The diet wasn't too hard to follow and wasn't that expenive either.  It did take a litle more time than usual to prepare, but nothing more than usual when I am following a meal plan.  And most of the menus were easy to modify for the rest of my family too.  You should buy a bag of lemons from costco, though, you use a lot!
