I love the taste and it is quick and easy. Yummo on the Chocolate Royal !!!! Sometimes I add a banna and whipp it up together and it reminds me of a milk shake. Its so easy for the on the go person for Stay at home moms who need something quick and for the everyday work lunch. I love the plan of drinking it for breakfast and lunch and then lowfat meal for dinner sonce most of us dont really have time for making breaqkfast and lunch!!!!

The only downside is that sometime you can get gassy!! :)
