Maybe it's just me and I'm not cut out for a liquid meal.  These shakes really do taste great but I have to pair them up with fruit, yogurt or some other low calorie food to really satisfy my hunger whether it be breakfast or lunch.  I do love them though.  They're fast, easy, convenient.  So depsite my comment, I still give a 5 star rating.
