Slim Fast Optima Creamy Milk Chocolate Meal Shake - 11 oz/Can X 24 Cans/Case — 

Have used SlimFast, and was very pleased with the results.  It's convenient, tastes great, and it works!  I don't seem to get hungry between meals.  Try it!
